Elijah  is a seasoned sales professional who began the first 10 years of his career in the consumer package and goods industry.He worked for PepsiCo Frito-Lay –
considered by & large the fastest growing segment of PepsiCo – for 7 years as a District Sales Manager & led a cross-generational team of 15 direct reports in one of the company’s largest territories comprising over 300 accounts, including Drug & C- Store channels, as well as independent & large format grocery stores.

Elijah eventually went on to work for Coca-Cola as a
Market Development Manager & in just 8 months increased market penetration by 47% & grew
his territory to well over 200 new accounts. Additionally, he has over 5 years of experience as a
Financial Advisor having started his career at Mass Mutual & finishing out at New York Life
Insurance Co. – the largest mutual company in the U.S. with over $570B in total assets under
management.
Elijah’s leadership extends beyond the workplace as he has served on numerous professional
organizations with active involvement in the Illinois community, which include sitting in seats as
the Events Director & Vice President of Membership for 4 years with The National Sales Network
of Chicago, Corporate Sponsor CoLeader for Operation Warm, Chapter President for BNI South
Loop Chicago chapter, & Event Method Expert for the Susan G. Komen Foundation. He served as
CEO of Chummy’s Edibles for 3 years where he & his team put forth a valiant effort of ambitiously
applying for 3 state licenses to position themselves as a vertically integrated company while
simultaneously generating north of $350K in revenue in its first 2 years of inception. After not
being awarded their license Elijah wanted to remain close to the industry as he saw it as an
emerging market but more importantly had a passion for alternative methods of healing by
utilizing more organic methods of healing outside of prescription drugs. That’s when he decided
to pivot into the CBD space where he launched Chummy’s Organix, a health and wellness brand
specializing in hemp derived CBD products. When he’s not working, Elijah enjoys swimming, being a 

husband and loving on his newborn daughter, traveling internationally to experience different cultures & 

performing stand up comedy where he's been enjoying bringing laughter on stage for the last 12 years.
